Delete your I Need A Poo account

I Need A Poo is made by Luminko. You can delete your account at any time.

In the app (quickest)

1. Open I Need A Poo and tap the ⚙ Settings button.
2. Under Account, tap Delete my account.
3. Tap Delete everything to confirm.

It happens straight away.

Without the app

Email support@luminko.co.uk from the Google email address you signed in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We'll delete it within 30 days and email you when it's done.

What gets deleted

• Your account: your name, email address and Google account ID.
• All your reviews and ratings.
• Your sign-in sessions.

What stays

• Toilets you added stay on the map, because they're public places other people rely on. They are no longer linked to you.
• Anonymous usage counts tied to a random app ID, not to you, kept for up to 13 months.
• Reports or feedback you sent, kept only as long as needed to deal with them (up to 2 years). Ask and we'll delete your feedback too.
• Deleted data can stay in our hosting provider's backups for up to 30 days before it is overwritten.
